I think my understanding was if I pay for the $100 assessment that there was going to be a solution in a timely manner. 5 dark days passed and I ended up having to manage it and spending over $300 plus install.
I still recommend them for service as I have dealt with them before and perhaps growth has changed their customer service or it was just an oversight as I was a small job. I did bring it forward and they were kind enough to discount $20 from the assessment fee.
I really appreciate that he helped me out over the phone and emails when he could have easily sent a tech out and charged me for it.
